converting tables from MyISAM to InnoDB

what is your thoughts about converting the current set up of the mySQL tables from MyISAM to InnoDB?
Benefits? and Drawbacks of this?

Serendipity does not require transactional safety. InnoDB has no benefits over MyISAM, only drawbacks that fulltext search cannot be used.
Since s9y strives for DB abstraction, it will not be optimized for a specific Table handler. Serendipity does not use MyISAM, it uses the default tables of the MySQL server - so s9y will basically work with both engines and utilize only the basic functions plus fulltext search.
