I was installed 0. 8.2 first it was working fine, today I noticed not even one link working in sidebar. I try to installed again but it did not work, I upgreaded to 0.9 but still not working any ideas. please help

Sadly we cannot help you any further if you don't either give us your URL or tell us what exactly "not working" means.

Think as if you call your PC hotline and tell them "My PC is not working". With only that information, they might not be able to help you at all.

My crystal ball tells me that most surely you'll have enabled URL Rewriting in serendipity configuration, but your server cannot offer that, so that you'd have to switch URL Rewriting to "None" again...

You must go to your s9y admin panel, go to configuration, look for "URL Rewriting" and switch it to "NONE".

Hi, Thanks for your help, I have 2 question 1) is there any way to keep few links on the sidebar? 2)on the top can I add my home page link? so that visitors can go back to home, instead clicking back button. some of my American friends are very dumb they lost their tracks and do not know where to go thanks again

For links on the sidebar you can either create a "HTML nugget" sidebar plugin item and enter the HTML code.

Or you install the linklist plugin from spartacus / spartacus.s9y.org.

Adding links on the "top" could be done with the "HTML Page nugget", also available through spartacus. Or you just tell your people they should click on the link in the header

I successfully added sidebar links using linklist plugin but I am failed on the "Top" I installed "serendipity_event_page_nugget",serendipity_event_head_nugget,serendipity_event_linktoolbar unfortunatly none of them helped but otherthan itching my fingers to put a small link on your blue header border the site looks great.

Uhm, I'm not sure what you want to do - you want to add a HTML link into the top blue streak?

This cannot be done with any plugin, you can only do it by editing the index.tpl template, insert your link there and then use CSS positioning to place it on the top! Like with "position: absolute; top: 15px; right: 20px; z-index: 9" or so...

Hi!

Please post a link to an entry where this does not work. It should work without a problem, but it can also depend on which event markup plugins you have installed.

So: Post a link and tell me which event plugins you've got installed.

it was installed Top referrers, used to work good,and able to see all referrer links include s9y.org. apparently today it is not working , so some evil going around here.

and to day interestingly I try to install "Include entry data/templates/blocks" and HTML-Code inside head (HTML-Head Nugget) but showing error

You did not post me your link.

Regarding your plugins, the "Content Rewrite" plugin could make trouble. What did you enter in its configuration?

The plugin error you make happens because you chose "s9y.org" as filemirror. s9y.org is not yet a filemirror, you should choose netmirror.org instead.
