Moving s9y installation to another server

Can anyone here please explain me step by step what I have to do to get my blog moved from one server to another without losing its content?

I have a slightly different problem. I have an old website that I only have access to via the Serendipity admin interface (no FTP or direct server access), and I'm trying to migrate it to a new site where I do have full access. I could do an RSS import, but I'll lose comments -- that would probably be OK if I had to, but I'd like to keep as much as I can.
The import tools allow me to import from a bunch of other blogging applications (Geeklog, MovableType, etc.) but not from Serendipity hosted elsewhere. Any ideas?

Hi!
Without DB access to the old site, you have no means to migrate Serendipity, I'm sorry to tell you that.
One could write an exporter with all the details, but you would have to upload that to your old server, which you can't do - so you're out of options there, sadly.
The import tool wouldn'T help you even if it offered Serendipity, because you would need to enter the Database credentials there, which you don'T seem to have.
