Hello. =) My website was being hosted on some servers in Kentucky. Shortly after the tornados struck Serendipity and Gallery2 no longer function correctly. I sense that this host, IX Webhosting, isn't very reliable. I am searching for a new host but in the meantime is there something that I could read up on to see how to migrate s9y from the current server to another? I can't access Serendipity anymore. Thanks in advance to any help I get . . . feeling very let down by my host. They have no backups and I haven't touched my sites in about two weeks.

That error you are getting means, that the serendipity_config_local.inc.php file could not be included/read.

The only way to migrrate your content is by saving the DB SQL dumps, so you need access to phpMyAdmin on your website...
