language problem

Hi there,
I've got a language Problem in my blog (http://blog.just-art.de).
If one choses a language in the adminpanel and clicks on the "check&safe" button, it does not change the default language (the chose language by users browser option is not checked).
I have not deleted the languagefiles... so this cannot be the mistake?
And if one choses a language (on the front page), this does not change anything either... the language keeps sticked to "english".

Can I do something to correct this? Have I done anything wrong?

Best regards JuST

I use English language, and your blog first loaded in German, then when I selected a different language from the drop down it worked perfectly.

BTW, love the theme. might be a good idea to change the horizontal scrollbar on the archives page to yellow as well. http://blog.just-art.de/index.php?/archive/C3

Cheers

You must change your personal language in the personal configuration of serendipity, not the global configuration., :)

Global language only applies to visitors to the blog that are not logged in.

Thank you very much for your immediate replies... You're right the problem somehow vanished... I don't know what happened. I'm sorry for the effort I made.
But nevertheless thank you very much for the nice comments on my theme.
And @garvinhicking: thanks for the tip. I didn't know about that.

:D best regards JuST
