"two colours" theme work in progress

hello! sorry for being lazy lately with forums and theme making. a LOT happened in my private life (i bought a brand new appartment, YYYES! 
) so everything else just did not count lately.
but of course i could not forget about serendipity and theme making. so here goes a new one, called simply "two colours". a screenshot available for now but it should be usable within some time (screenshot). any criticism highly appreciated. are the colours ok? does it look worthy serendipity's community?
theme supports one or two sidebars and will make some use of smarty coding, in which i hope garvin or carl will help me because i have some problems i just can not solve myself. i have some ideas and maybe those guys will help me implement them into template. so garvin and carl, prepare for some questions
so it was a little information that costa is not gone. just has no time (sadly :/) for theme making. but things are going better now and i should finish this template in some weeks or so. sorry for so long waiting but i'm kinda busy lately :/
