excuse me, can i know what is the most simple ways to make a blog hosting like supersized.org or blogger.com ( multi blog system ) by serendipity??

For that you should use the "Shared installation mode" (see docs on www.s9y.org). You'll need some PHP skills to set it up depending on your server, it's not a "click and be happy solution" but goes together with some individual setup requirements.
