Who is online.

Hi, I'm new to Serendipity and I have a question:
I used to be a member of http://web-log.nl and this free bloghoster provided a plug-in wich allowed you to see who was visiting your blog.
This was provided by: http://www.wieonline.nl
Obviously these sites are in dutch and are of no use here.
But maybe you know what I mean.
I have looked trough the different plug-ins and the one I did find did not work.
From what I could gather there should have been a display on the bottom of the page, wich is obviously not there.
Is there a new plug-in being developed? Or did I miss something?

Thanks for your help.

Serendipity versions 1.0-beta1 and above should contain the "Statistics" plugin that can be configured to show the number of online visitors. Please try that one! You might be able to just copy the plugins/serendipity_event_statistics/* files of the 1.0 version into your current install, that should work fine in a 0.9.1 installation, I think.

Thanks for yor answer but this is the plug-in that does not seem to work.
I have installed the 'statistics' plugin a few days ago and it should show at the top of the page. I have tried installing it again but it still does not work :?
I have 0.9.1 and PHP 4.4.1 version.

Did you read my note that the Sidebar plugin is only available since Serendipity 1.0? Did you copy the plugin file?

Serendipty 0.9.1 only contains the Event Statistics plugin which adds a menu item to the backend/Admin suite of SErendipity.
