Comments form shows up on entry that does not allow comments

Hi,

Wht does the comments form shows up on an entry that does not allow comments? I'm using vrsion 0.9.1 and I seem to rmeembr it not showing up in an earlier verison. Maybe I am remebring it it incorrectly.

This works here properly. It can depend on the template you are using, so which one are you using?

The kubrick template did not pay attention to the $comments_allowed variable.

I've patched the entries.tpl file and committed it to SVN:
