I have searched, but can't seem to find an answer to my problem. When I try to upload an image, I get the following error:

Unknown error occurred, file not uploaded. Maybe your filesize is larger than the maximum size allowed by your server installation. Check with your ISP or edit your php.ini file to allow larger file size uploads.

The image is only 165 KB.

Any ideas?

You'll need to contact your sysadmin and ask him to check the file permissions in the /tmp/ directory, and see that your PHP user is able to move the files there.

The error simply means that your provider has not properly installed PHP to properly allow/handle file uploads.
