My apologies for what is possibly a question that has already been addressed, but I have searched through the archives and have not found the answer to my question.

I am working on modifying a theme for a group I am a part of such that when they click on the category link through the category plugin, they only get a list of the entries in that category, along the lines of the monthly entries summary.html file, rather than the text for those entries. Right now, they get the first n entries of that category.

I think I'm missing something here but I have no idea what that might be. so far I have been unable to find a category based equivalent of the summary page, which is what I want to use in this instance. Does this exist, or is there a better way to do this that I'm not aware of?

is there an associated template file for these category summaries?

oh! I found it. it's entries_summary.tpl. Wasn't included in the theme I was using. Sorry to bother.
