Small feature request for the Freetag plugin

Hi,

I have 2 small feature requests for the Sidebar plugin, that shows all tagged entries.

1. I would like to be able to customize the plugin title for the sidebar
2. I would like to be able to show the number of entries for each tag in the tooltip

Good suggestions! Just committed for version 2.35 of the plugins.
