Uuuuhm...what do you want? I'm sorry, I don'T understand that.

Are you talking about CSS styling? You want to disable line-wrapping? Is that example URL your current blog?

Hello,

Thanks for your reply.

My current blog is http://www.3dweave.com/blog3d/index.php

My problem is very simple :

Each post is limited in length of text to approximately 15 lines about.
(After, too long text is automatically cut)
- Our solution: to propose a document .doc or .pdf

Which solution to post a message of a number of lines unlimited - a text of 100 000 characters for example - ?

By advance thank you

Let my try to repeat what you are saying:

You are creating entries, but they are truncated after 15 lines. But you don't want this, you want your full entry to show up.

The solution: You cannot enter more than 65kb of text (65535 Characters) into the editor. If you are using the WYSIWYG editor, that length is reduced to maybe half of that, as pasting code from Word or other tools includes much HTML extra info that you don't need.

Serendipity cannot offer more then 65kb, because this is a limitation of the browser. A HTML FORM Textarea cannot hold more than 65kb.

The only solution is to split up your text in more than one entry, or to upload a PDF/DOC file with the full text.

ok, I understand now ! We doesn't copy/paste directly using Word  but we use a simple text editor (NotePad for example). I think it's very importante information.

You might want to put half of your text in the "extended entry". Both fields offer you 65kb of space, so you add up to a total of 128kb for your entries... :-)

(But I've never seen a 128kb entry on any blog *g*)
