normal html pages

Hi,
I do need little help finding a funktion of s9y. Follwing: How can I add normal pages (not blog-enries) to my blog where I can story permanent conetent like the impressum, faq or manifest?

That should be possible with the static-pages plugin. Just copy your HTML, and it'll be displayed with the usual Serendipity theming and sidebars.

I cant find the static_pages plugin.
May be 'Erweiterte Eigenschaften von Artikeln ' is the same or does make the same.
But how can I link to an aricle which is not show in the blog-hostory. I dont know his lacality.
The workaround would be to make it fist visible in the main page, copy the url, make it unvisible an then link to it (frome the sidebar)
But that should not be the normal way, should it?

The static page plugin can be found via the Spartacus plugin!
It also offers a sidebar plugin to access static pages.
