Multiple blogs do not get Advanced Options in New Entry

I'm using 0.9.1 and my main blog has all the Advanced Options at the bottom of New Entry. But when I make a new blog in a separate directory, using the deployment files and referring files to the core of the main blog, it only says "Advanced Options" and there are no options.

Is there an option to turn Advanced Options on and off?

The Advanced Options are related to plugins. If you don't install any plugins that offer Advanced Options, those are empty.

Thank you so much! Yep, I just found the event plugin "Extended properties for entries"...that should do it.
