Category bug in Serendipity v.0.7-beta3...???

Post by dkny7007 »

Hi there,

i used to use blogjet to manage my blog , and it works really well w/ moveable type with Serendipity v.0.6-pl2 , today i upgrade my blog to v.0.7-beta3, because i see it supports image for Category, (that is the one i expect...) , but when i publish a post w/ blogjet, and even thought i selected Category, but when i browse my blog, it appears in "no Category" section, so i have to go to blog acp to change it every time i publish a post..and it is so annoying...

Can you fix it in the next version...

Thanks for reporting; our XML-RPC interface was lagging a bit behind latest development. I have fixed the errors in current CVS, and they will be in the next beta release.

However, I can not get a post to edit with fulltext being displayed in both applications; and I couldn't find the spec easily to tell me, where or if any information frmo an RPC call is missing.

Regards,
Garvin

It works for me with zempt+blogjet. Maybe the CVS snapshot downloadable on our page is lagging behind (usually 24 hours).

Try the -beta3 release which I'll bundle in a few hours, please. :)

(And yes, overwriting the files is all that is needed)

Garvin.

Hi!

No, mine isn't working as well when editing. I don't have the API handy to see which API-call should show what; because according to the old spec, ZEMT/blogjet should call an 'editpost' function, which it doesn't.

Garvin.
