When a user clicks on an author's name - let's say Bob - at the end of an entry, she then sees only Bob's entries. But the comments panel on the right side shows the comments which have been made to all the authors' entries. I would like to restrict the comments that are shown to only the comments to Bob's entries.

Any ideas on how to do that?

That's not possible out of the box, you would need to edit the PHP code of the plugin!
