Serendipity Forums

Hi,

New user, I tried searching the forum, but only found slightly related problems. Recent install, but on a server where my hosting company provides Serendipity, so I would think that the mod_security would be configured correctly....

So, the blog seems to work just great from the user end. And on the admin side, I can login and change ALMOST everything, like skins, etc.

However, I go to change the title of my blog and get the following the second I click SAVE CHANGES:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@stagedoorlv.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can you please talk to your system administrator and ask him to check the Apache Errorlog and the PHP Errorlog? It seems that your process is either coredumping or a PHP Fatal Error happens. And it can very well be related to mod_security, that is true.

Sadly we can only find the root of the problems by inspecting the error logfiles.
