setting up w.bloggar

i've downloaded w.bloggar 4.0 and there are some problems with configuration. could anyone please post a step by step configuration or any convenient advices... thx
What protocol for w.bloggar are you using? You should specify the MT (MoveableType) API, or the "blogger.com" API.
And you need to install the Serendipity XML-RPC posting plugin to be able to use XMLRPC...
