foreach error

After a good installation, no problems, i entered the admin panel to add some users. And this is the result ???

What links did you exactly click, what values did you enter and where exactly did the error appear?

Need further input :)

I went to the admin pannel.

Manage users

create new user

And then without filling in any form or something like that

Hm, that sounds as if some files are missing in your installation. What files do you have in your include/admin/tpl directory, and what are their sizes+permissions?

Which serendipity version did you install, and which database (and version) do you use?
