You don't have permission to access /serendipity_admin.php

I'm not saying this is a bug, because logically this doesn't sound like a bug.

This is a new out-of-the-blue problem I am experiencing. The blog is functioning normally (displays normally). I can log into the admin section. But when I try to create a new entry (saving as draft) I get the following error screen:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /serendipity_admin.php on this server.

I have tried logging on from two different computers and many different browsers. It sounds like something on my server end, but I can't figure out what since I can already log in to admin.

Any ideas?

Ask your server admin, it seems he has installed mod_security but not properly configured it.
