E-mail showing

I just noticed that commenters e-mail is showing even though on the Spam Protector plugin I have the
Hide E-Mail addresses of commenting users
marked as Yes. How do I fix this? I am running 0.9 version.

Did you check the configuration of the Syndication plugin? This one also has an option to hide email addresses, but is specific to RSS Feeds.

Show E-Mail addresses in syndicatrion is also marked no. I noticed a non existant e-mail address was showing on my rss feeds but I didn't worry about that one. I am more worried about the e-mail addresses for my commenters. Why do they show even when I have it turned off?

But they don't show up! If I look at
http://nowherethoughts.net/sarpysam/feeds/comments.rss2 all I see are
nospam@example.com addresses.
Try clearing your cache to view the RSS feed. It might be showing you old content before you switched the options off.

The E-mail in the rss feed does not bother me, I was more concerned about the e-mail showing for my comments. I figured it out though. My blond roots are showing. The e-mail address are showing in my browser because I am logged into Serendipity as Admin. If I log out I no longer see them. Sorry for the stupid question.
