Cannot install/manipulate outside of localhost

I am at the end of both my wits and my follicles, here. I had a fully-operational S9y installation prior to my recent hard drive crash, and never had issue with it. Now, I'm incapable of properly accessing certain functions from any remote connection, including the Admin Configuration, New Entry creation, and even the simple installation function.

When viewed from http://locahost/journal or http://<LANIP>/journal, I have no trouble. Everything loads fine. When viewed from my DNS Redirect or from my WAN IP, I get... well, errors like this:

Error 1
Error 2
Error 3

You'll notice in the last line of the second error image a timestamp. That is a timestamp from a post on this very forum, at topic http://www.s9y.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3283 which I happened to have open at the time of that attempt. I have seen other examples where the program grabs random bits of text, including IM conversations, from my computer and applies them to the page. This is obviously disconcerting.

If anyone has any concept of what's going on, I would be grateful. All proper ports are forwarded, I'm not using URL rewriting... nothing is making sense.

Safe journeys,
Llyrwech

Hm, sadly I can't connect to your server to see the images. But what you describe sounds very much like errors because of corrupted memory/HD transfer!

Your harddrive crash also sounds as if your system setup has taken larger damage and is now showing wrong sector clustering behavior?!

Sorry about the image troubles. Due to all the attempts I've made to fix this, I had some port forwarding errors. Images should now show.

Well, I would hate to think you were right about that, because that would mean more cost. However, everything DOES show fine when I go by localhost, and that method uses all the same data access methods as going by a remote host.

Furthermore, I've found that if I plug my cable modem directly into my computer, I don't have this trouble. That would seem to indicate it's a problem with the router, but I've yet to find anything in the router which would be causing this. Therefor, I remain baffled.

I had someone from outside my network attempt the Expert Installation while hooked up to the router. No go. I also just connected myself directly to the modem and had someone outside attempt the Expert Installation. Still nothing. When hooked directly, I can use my IP or redirect and access everything perfectly. When through the router, I have to use localhost or my LAN IP.

I'm starting to believe that either there IS more extensive damage to my system than I can otherwise detect, (everything else I do runs perfectly, so it would be odd if this were the only aspect crippled,) there's some heavily limiting setting in my apache config which won't allow things to work, (which would also be odd, since I've pored over that config file many times,) or something wrong with my PHP installation/processing.

Hence, I remain flummoxed, and on the edge of giving in.

(Mind you, I know now that this is not a s9y issue, as I tried installing a different journalling system under a friend's recommendation. That one has even MORE problems.)
