Hi. I'm really new to Serendipity. I managed to insall everything nicely but the thing is that I wanted to use external shoutbox. The plugin shoutbox is really nice but I wanted a little more option that the external shoutbox provides (user could enter nickname, website and emoticos). I tried editing the shoutbox plugin script and use iframe and also php include function but on every tries, I got errors. So I'm wondering is there any way that I can include/iframe external shoutbox to the sidebar? Is that possible? Or is there any other plugin shoutbox that I can use that offers the function that I wanted?

Yes, just insert a "HTML nugget" sidebar plugin. As it's content you enter your iframe HTML code. Also set the "Apply markup" option of the HTML nugget to "No". Then it should work!

So you don't need to use or change the shoutbox plugin at all.
