WWD-WorldWideDemocracy-integrating blogs,forums,wikis, polls

Man is about seven million years - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toumai - hopefully we can stay alive some more years on our sun-satellite.
But how?
We are about six billions - about 15 percent has got Internet. Why not a new UN - United Nations - not only 191 representatives for six billions - better we all can have the three buttons - YES, NO and ABSTAIN - to make some polls some times every year to try to figure out in what direction we want our sun satellite to develop.
:?:
A new UI - United Individuals I believe has to be developed. Sure it will not be ready tomorrow - but perhaps in some years. Now mobiletelephones are spreading - soon - 20XX - perhaps 100 percent will have a mobile and it can be used to vote on. Secret votings on a mobile is it possible? Or will this become a new weapon in the globalists arsenal - everyone has to have a RFID-chip under the skin. Well - there are some problems - but problems can be discussed perhaps solved.
:!:
BLOGS, FORUMS, WIKIS, POLLS INTEGRATED
To have this democracy or some smaller democracys traversing the boundaries between countries - there has to be some INFORMATION and EDUCATION - it must be possible to integrate blogs, forums, wikis and polls to make this information/education system.
BLOGS
Sure text is good - with some pictures - it is better - it have to be easy to upload images to a blog.
But not only images - we need moving images - animations - 3D - we need sound - talk and music - and we need video.
So uploading videos is also something needed - giving us everyone a "TV-station".
The information from blogs have to be gathered in some way - using RSS - XML to store the information from blogs and forums in a WIKI so we can get this INFORMATION and EDUCATION system not only for that global democracy - but also for all other interests - how to coock food, build your house - or some other interest. And of course we can use polls - to get some statistics - to give us some advices - to tell the politicians what the opinion is in a certain question.

WWD - WorldWideDemocracy has to be built in steps - but INTEGRATED blogs - video blogs - forums, wikis, polls can be used in many groups - some days connecting all those groups to a UI - United Individuals.

Perhaps Serendipity can integrate blogs, forums, wikis, polls to get something easy to install on a server to get those groups to grow.

Anyone for Peace and Democracy here?
It is so silent - not a single answer on this proposal?
Not a single person understanding the world needs peace and democracy? :!: :?:

Sure, we're all for peace and democracy. But you seem to be planning quite a lot of integration and it's all very abstract.

If you point out more precicse things you want to see programmed, you might get a better response?

Serendipity already integrates blogs, forums and polls. A wiki though is hard to implement into a blog, as it's a completely different idea of content creation.

Garvin

Plus, it's easy to speak out when you're anonyomous. The real power of democracy is when you are able to call to arms and people know who you are and what you stand for. Register and be heard!

Take a look for yourself on the Swecish Peace Portal

Here you can take a look for yourself on the Swedish Peace Portal:
peaceportal.blogspot.com

OK! It is just a suggestion - I hope you can understand my idea. Perhaps you have some better ideas. You are free to comment on my suggestions. And I hope Serendipity can be used to setting up something like my suggestion - and of course this portal can be used not only in the interest of peace but for all other interests - housing - planting trees - whatever you are interested in.

My hope is that such a portal can develop into World Wide Democracy - WWD - everyone having three buttons - YES, NO, ABSTAIN - to vote on issues having to do with our life here on earth - our sun-satellite. Perhaps not next year - but not so far into the futire - before 20XX?

Hope the discussion will continue and thanks to the ones having already replied.

No one interested - why?

No one interested - why?
This is not just about peace - this is about having a PORTAL for bloggers interested in the same subject.

Have a look here:
peaceportal.blogspot.com

A PORTAL and you can join with others having the same interest as you.
PRESENTING your own blog.

And you can get inspired of others. Looking at NEWS from other blogs.
Having a FORUM and you can have POLLS. You can contribute to a WIKI and it will be easy to find information and education on your interest.

I belive it is not only about personal blogs - it is about BLOG-PORTALS.
No one interested - why?

I believe that many bloggers are too focussed on presenting themselves, about being individual, and not part of one big forum/portal. I think many people prefer to present their own opinion, and not to be in a big mass of oppinions and people...

We need each other

Thanks for your answer Garvin.
Sure - you are right. We want to present ourselves
but we want also to have comments on what we have done.

A portal for people having the same interest I believe will stimulate everyone in presenting themselves. A portal for a special interest is not being in a big mass of opinions and people. This is not only about peace... it is about every interest... fishes or flowers or bikes or whatever you can think of.

I really hope someone will have a try doing something - a portal easy to set up for a special interest and you can get bloggers to join with their blogs and also having the opportunity to discuss - perhaps vote in some question - and search the blogs and on the portal see the news from everyones blog. And contributing to a Wiki about the common interest.

Stil I believe this is a great idea - it is just like meeting other people - still you are you and I am I - having a meeting place that is what it is about.
Hope on someone finding this good... beginning to do something!
