Hi I downloaded the serendipity tar.gz file but I think I just want the zip file. is there one? then follow install instructions? ie unzip to htdocs in apache? do I have to config the MySql client server?
so many questions...

Hi Bruce,

download the .tar.gz, unpack it, and upload it to your webserver. Then, open the url of the directory you copied the contents to with your browser, which will guide you through the installation process. Make sure you have your database username and password handy, and also make sure the directory of your s9y-installation has the permissions set so that it is writeable.
