Is there a way to check for all comments received in one place rather than scrolling each message to see if there are any new comments to address or respond to?

The current CVS snapshot has a comment moderation admin panel, where you can check/review all comments. It still needs some work, and there's no paging currently, but that will be done for the upcoming 0.7 release.
