blogpdf plugin time error

the Print blog as PDF plugin has a bug. it is doubling the time offset from the server. So if a blog was posted at 12:00 pm and the configuration has the offset from the server as +3, when the PDF is made it will show the entry as being posted at 3:00pm.

Where can I download the fix? I just downloaded Oct 31 CVS and it didn't fix it. Sorry for being such a newbie about this.
