Ok, took me a while but got it installed in the end.
Now I have searched to find out how to see it's results.
Should I have it in the same mySQL database as the main blog? or in a new one?
At the moment I have it in a new one.

I can see the something is in the tables so it's working and tracking...

The results can be seen in your local phpOpenTracker site. It has a frontend somewhere hidden in the examples/ subdirectory.
