Is there a plugin to offer a WAP enabled version of your blog for mobile phone/PDA users?

With WAP you mean WML, or just a xhtml/mobile one?

WML is a dead language, this will never be supported I guess.

Building a reduced XHTML scheme is more like simple templating, so you would just need to build a custom template. I have not yet heard of such one, but it's pretty easy.
