I'm doing some italian translation of the plug-in i'm using.

I don't know how to send to all the developers.

If the developers need can go to my site and take the translation to include it in the release, so i can remove it from the site.

You can just announce the link to the file(s) here on the forums, and I will take care of them! :)

Thanks in advance!

Garvin

I have made a translation of Wikipedia-finder to danish, but I am not allowed to upload it to the serendipity-folder and I can't change the CMOD to writable.

I get: [serendipity_plugin_wikipedia_finder]
COMMAND:> SITE CHMOD 777 serendipity_plugin_wikipedia_finder
550 Could not change perms on serendipity_plugin_wikipedia_finder: Bad file descriptor

How does that come.

Where can I send the translation-file?

Kind regards

Jensolav

I don't have access to the serendipity folder.
I post the translation on my blog and announce here the translation hoping that the developers will take the translation to include it in the official package.

Maybe can be made a new forum only for announce plugins translations, with treads for plugins, so time to time the developers can take the files.

Gnubit, maybe you can tell us here when you've translated all of your plugins and then I can commit them? If you are planning on working further it is easier for me to commit them in a large batch rather than doing it every day the next week ;-)

Can you please create for each of your translations also a UTF-8 subdirectory, where you save your italian file in UTF-8 encoding please?

And in the end I would like to get a single ZIP file with all translations bundled together (with directory structure) so I can just unpack it to the serendipity tree and commit the files easier. This is much less work for me then, it would be great if you could do that :)

Best regards,
Garvin
