Serendipity Forums

I have linux and I started unpacking the tar.gz
Now I have a directory called serendipity, and I don't understand what to do next. I tried finding a HowTo, but didn't succeed. I cannot find a .sh-file either.
Please help me, and thanx in advance.

hi serendipity isn't a commandline application. It's a web-application.
So you have to upliad the whole serendipity-directory or even its contents to your webserver and then to call the index.php of serendipity on your webserver with your browser. This will then guide you through the installation process.
