Can anybody help me how to modify HTML nugget? Please look at
www.bdocaby.info. I just want to make Google adds below " Health Articles and Review". And how to make Google adds in the post?

Seems you already figured out the HTML nugget part.
For adds in the entries, either copy+paste your adcode into each entry, or modify your entries.tpl entry to contain the google adsense code. If you want it indivudal, look at the serendipity_event_includeentry ("Include Entry") plugin. That allows you to create so called static blocks. Search the forum for "static blocks" for more information.
