Installation Problem

When I try installing serendipity, I fill out the form on the install page, but when I click submit, it just takes me back to the index.php page and has me start over. The only difference is that there is a ? at the end of the URL. None of the changes to the database are commited.

Am I doing something wrong, or did I just download a bad version?

Thanks

Robert

Hmm, probably, yeah. But we're working on a release at the moment, it's almost done, so if you're patient for 1 or 2 days, you'll get a version that should work for sure. Should ;)

Which platform are you running s9y on? Did you chmod 770 the serendipity/ directory?

I am running Slackware Linux 9.0 with php 4.3.1 and the latest release of mysql. I tried chmoding the directory with 770, but still no luck. I'm in no rush. Drop me a line when the release is done.
