To Do/Project-List plugin translation.

Hello,

I just did a translation of ToDo/Project-List plugin in Bulgarian language for my usage (lang_bg.inc.php). The English version of the plugin is 1.22 2005/08/01 and I use s9y 0.9beta1. What I have to do that this translation to be included in the release of s9y ?
