I've installed Serendipity and it allways appears Kolmapäev as my city and the date appears in english. Can I change these 2 things??

What do you mean with Kolmapaev as your city?

The english dates can only be fixed if your webserver installes the LOCALES that are used for your language. Since you didn't mention your language, I cann't tell you which locale you need.
