Is it possible/easy/tedious to change Serendipity to use an Invision power board database for it's users? If so, can anyone point me in the right direction? I have some PHP knowledge, but there are a ton of files and I have no idea where to start.
Thanks.
Using Invision Power Board database for blog users
Ok, I kind of figured it out.
What I need to do is grab the md5 hash from invision, and inject it into serendipity's table. Also I need to automate the installation somehow, still working on that.
I also need to create a directory blog.site.com/username/ based off that data. Then the blog files can sit in there comfortably.
Any tips?
