Firstly let me just say I'm a relative newbe to this so forgive me if this question has been answered elsewhere.

I was wondering how I can add links into the header like this site has...

I'm also using the same Joshua template.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can just edit the index.tpl file of the joshua template, and then insert custom HTML for those links.
