New User Registration Fails

When someone tries to register as a new User - I never receive the admin approval email.
(I have "Registered users need admin approval?" set to "Yes".)
The email address is correct (default user "admin @imperfectchristians.net")
I've tested the email and it receives a test message from Thunderbird.
Where else might I look for the solution, please?
NOTE: If it matters at all - Serendipity was installed via Softaculous on the Bluehost.com hosting service.

I just tried this, again, from another computer.

No email to admin@imperfectchristians.net ever arrives.

Just for the log, we are discussing this in viewtopic.php?t=26771 - and might have a fix now.
