Suggestion -- set timezone

(I don't know if this is a good place to put feature suggestions -- if it's not, please let me know where is ;) )

I way to set the timezone independent of the server's locale will be nice, since I don't admin my own server and I'm in a different timezone than the server.

P.S. I really dig Serendipity -- it's definitely one of the better if not best weblog engine :D
