Change
Change /serendipity/archives/

I've tried to find out how to change the url:
/serendipity/archives/
to
/serendipity/
but I can't find the page to change it...
Does anybody know if this is possible and how to change it?

I've seen that... but there's only the option Browser Path /serendipity/ , not the archives path.

sorry. everything BUT the archive path!
There is some new config stuff for permalinks that allows you to modify the archives path. I just saw that in the 0.9 build.
It might be possible to rewrite the path in your .htaccess file. if you have mod rewrite turned on you will see examples of how this is done. Sorry i can't help with specifics.
Why do you want to move it?

The blog is for an online game site.
I would like to remove the 'archive' to keep the url's shorter and nicer.
I Think I'm going to change 'archive' into 'games'

Yes, you need to use Serendipity 0.9 for that.
You cannot strip the /archives/ URL, you MUST use a URL there. But you can change it to "/games/" with 0.9 easily.
