Hey.

I want to be able to attach files to my post, and be able to track the number of downloads.

Is there a plugin that will let me do this?

There's no such plugin available yet, even though it could be done as a complete plugin somewhat easily; it could even hook itself to the s9y file manager.

Attaching files in the entry/extended body is currently quite easy, but the tracking is hard. So you'd need to have Db-based output of a file to track it.

Another way would be to just use a Logfile analyzer like AWStats to track the download statistics.
