Page Loads

Hi,

I do have a question about page load times. I'm using ie 6 and the load times to my browser seem to take forever. If I page back once or twice it loads fast.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me? My server is fast in all other occasions.

Thanks!

Can you give us the URL to your blog to check it?

Are you the admin of the server? What OS and which hardware are you running? How much RAM? What are your load values?

Install a PHP Opcode Cache for better performance (APC, Zend, ioncube Accellerator, turck, ...). But it may also be because of your plugins - which sidebar and event plugins are you using?

Garvin

Hi,

I'm not the host admin. I use a hosting co. for my site. My blog is at www.digitalpagesinc.com/serendipity .

Right now I'm using the default plug-ins but certainly plan to add more.

Here's the host info:

Hi,

I switched over to my Netscape browser and every page loaded fast so I went back to Ie and reset the advanced options to defaukt and the pages load fast so there is no problem anymore.

Serendipity is awesome ...
