Theming help

I don't know whether i'm posting in the right forum, but i have a question regarding the layout of a theme found in the additional theme package called Joshua.
The problem is the theme looks alright in 1024x768 and smaller, but seems to fall to bits on any resolution higher than that.
Here are two examples.
- 1024x768
-1280x1024
Any help would be appreciated.
