Even though I have the forward slash at the end I am still getting these errors. I also notice that config file is called: wwwrootserendipity_config_local.inc.php

and it writes it in the directory above the root. c:/domains/floweringmind.com/

Please tell all your path settings you entered. This seems to be a forward vs. backslash problem...?

I know there are users using serendipity with IIS, so there must be a way in the configuration that's wrong...
