Hello,

I wanted to use the Serendipity script, but at index.php there I only can read "Internal Server Error [..]". I was able to install the script with using exit.php, but after installation there is "Internal Server Error [..]" on exit.php, too. What can I configure that the script runs correctly?
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, service@webmailer.de and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Thank you in advance. :)

Remove your ".htaccess" file (back it up first, just in case), that should do. Did you enable "Apache Errorhandling" URL Rewriting in your Serendipity Configuration screen? If so, you need to disable it as your host does not seem to support it.

Garvin

I can't see this option in my Configuration screen at admin control panel...

So did you remove the .htaccess file? It seems not, try that :)

Ask your provider for the PHP/Apache ErrorLog.
