I'm running S9Y on Synology DSM 4.0 and several PHP extensions are enabled. Can anyone tell me which are required for running S9Y (see the screenshot)?

It really depends on your own needs.... but I'd say, not more than gd, mysql(, xmlrpc, zip(, zlib)) for core only.
