Error Message

Recently, this error message has been appearing frequently necessitating a log off then log in again. What could be the root cause of it? (I apologize for specific reference to my database)

serendipity error: could not include /services/webpages/a/i/aisgrade7.net/public/cblog/serendipity_config_local.inc.php - exiting.

Please create the file yourself or check permissions

This file, serendipity_config_local.inc.php, is the default file with all connecting data to your database. It is normally build by default. In some undefined error cases this isn't done or the file did not get the right permisssions. It must be writable for the system! First, check all files to be the same as in a serendipity release zip file. If you cant find any errors about missing or changed files, please follow the direction to create or permate the file yourself. Then run the upgrade or install process again.
