What should I put in this field I don't understand what this actually does?

"Field "ttl" (time-to-live)
Amount of minutes after which your blog should not be cached any more by foreign sites/applications (empty: hidden) [RSS 2.0]"

And should I activate .91, 1.0 and 2.0 or is it redundant?

Hi!

Generally: I fyou don't know what an option does - keep it set to the current default. :-)

In your case, you can leave it empty. The field would simply mean that if you frequently update content on your site (like every few minutes) you could set the ttl to a low amount of time, which would force clients like google and others to more often look on your page.

Nowadays, it is sufficient to only enable RSS 2.0 feeds.

Garvn
