Can't access the blog, or the admin site to get to my blog

I changed some of the items in the config setup lat night, & now when i go to my website & try to login to my blog as the admin, it says, user is not found. When I click on the blog tab of my website, it comes up with a blank screen. Please HELP!

It depends what exactly you changed to the blogs config.

Is this, by any chance, a site built with RVSiteBuilders? If it is, you will need to get their assistance because they use their own, modified, version of serendipity.
If not, more info is needed regarding your modifications as Ian mentioned above.
